Mountain Bike trip on Alpine Trail

Service Description

No need to bring your bike, Demo a Specialized Mountain Bikes from our local rental shop. We will handle the transportation of the bike to the Westfir Lodge. Rental includes Alpine Trail Shuttle with the Cascades Outdoor Center. WHAT'S INCLUDED: - Mountain Bike (Status 160 - Full Suspension or Rockhopper Comp - Front Suspension if you're old school ) -Alpine Trail Mountain Bike Shuttle 830am daily -Full day rental 8am-4pm WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED (RECOMMENDED) -Transportation from bend/eugene. You must get yourself to the Westfir Lodge, which is at the base of the famous Alpine Trail -Helmet (rentals are available) -Bike Gloves -Trail Map -Backpack, water bottle, snacks *500 Security Deposit will be taken at time of pick up. Deposit will be refunded once all equipment is returned. ID must be present at the time of rental. *Second day usage fee will be applied if equipment is returned late. *Overnight rental, two day charge of $100 per day. *Rental bike pick up begins at 8 AM, bikes must be returned by 4 PM at Westfir Lodge.

Cancellation Policy

Fully refundable up until 7 days prior to your date. At this time, the tour is 100% non-refundable. If the tour minimum has not been met, we will alert guests 48 hours before the tour in order to re-schedule or cancel the tour. Cascades Outdoor Center reserves the right to change or cancel a reservation if the tour minimums are not met. All of our tours will run rain or shine. There will be no refunds for weather conditions. Cascades Outdoor Center will make the determination to conduct or cancel trips with your safety in mind. If the trip needs to be cancelled due to conditions (temps, thunderstorms, smoke etc.), there will be no refund. We will: Work with you to reschedule your event or hold your payment on file for another tour date.
