Willamette Pass Powder Shuttle

Service Description

The Willamette Pass Powder shuttle is an affordable, community supported transportation service dedicated to the protection of Diamond Peak and Waldo Lakes Wilderness areas. The shuttle picks up at the Westfir Lodge every ski day. The citizens of Westfir drink the waters of Waldo Lake. Recreate responsibly. The Shuttle picks up at 8am and departs promptly. It will not wait for late arrivals. Shuttle riders who are not staying at the Westfir Lodge, can park and use the restroom facilities across the covered bridge from the Westfir Lodge. The shuttle will depart from Willamette Pass promptly at 4pm. On days that all shuttle riders are ready to depart earlier, the shuttle will leave earlier. Shuttle tickets only available by reservation through this site. Tickets must be booked in advance. The shuttle is scheduled to arrive at Willamette pass before the first chair loads, however, there is no guarantee that it will arrive before first chair. All shuttle reservations are non-refundable. We offer credit for future shuttles in instances of resort or highway closures.

Cancellation Policy

Fully refundable up until 7 days prior to your date. At this time, the tour is 100% non-refundable. If the tour minimum has not been met, we will alert guests 48 hours before the tour in order to re-schedule or cancel the tour. Cascades Outdoor Center reserves the right to change or cancel a reservation if the tour minimums are not met. All of our tours will run rain or shine. There will be no refunds for weather conditions. Cascades Outdoor Center will make the determination to conduct or cancel trips with your safety in mind. If the trip needs to be cancelled due to conditions (temps, thunderstorms, smoke etc.), there will be no refund. We will: Work with you to reschedule your event or hold your payment on file for another tour date.
