Cancellation Policy

Fully refundable up until 7 days prior to your date. At this time, the tour is 100% non-refundable. If the tour minimum has not been met, we will alert guests 48 hours before the tour in order to re-schedule or cancel the tour. Cascades Outdoor Center reserves the right to change or cancel a reservation if the tour minimums are not met. All of our tours will run rain or shine. There will be no refunds for weather conditions. Cascades Outdoor Center will make the determination to conduct or cancel trips with your safety in mind. If the trip needs to be cancelled due to conditions (temps, thunderstorms, smoke etc.), there will be no refund. We will: Work with you to reschedule your event or hold your payment on file for another tour date.
